NACHI Thrust ball bearing

Nachi thrust ball bearing is a separate bearing, which can be divided into one-way thrust ball bearing and two-way thrust ball bearing according to its structural form. One way thrust ball bearing can bear axial load in one direction, and two-way thrust ball bearing can bear axial load in two directions. None of them can withstand radial loads. The thrust ball bearing also has a structure with a seat cushion. Because the installation surface of the seat cushion is spherical, the bearing has self-aligning performance, which can reduce the influence of installation error. Thrust ball bearings are mainly used in automobile, machine tool and other industries
Nachi thrust ball bearing can be roughly divided into two types:
unidirectional thrust ball bearing
bidirectional thrust ball bearing
unidirectional thrust ball bearing:
includes a shaft ring, a race and a steel ball cage assembly. The bearing can be separated, and the shaft ring, seat ring and steel ball cage assembly can be installed separately. It can be divided into three types:
thrust ball bearing with flat seat ring
thrust ball bearing with self-aligning seat ring
thrust ball bearing with self-aligning seat ring and self-aligning seat washer
unidirectional thrust ball bearing is mainly used to bear unidirectional axial load and can be used for unidirectional axial positioning
bidirectional thrust ball bearing:
includes one shaft ring, two race, one middle shaft ring and steel ball cage assembly. The bearing can be separated, and the shaft ring, seat ring and steel ball cage assembly can be installed separately. It can be divided into three types:
thrust ball bearing with plane race
thrust ball bearing with self-aligning race
thrust ball bearing with self-aligning race and self-aligning seat washer
bidirectional thrust ball bearing can bear bidirectional axial load and make bidirectional axial positioning
