Proper material selection is still a factor that must be considered in bearing failure analysis.
The main task of bearing failure analysis is to find out the main factors causing the failure of ina imported bearings according to a large number of background materials, analysis data and failure forms, so as to put forward targeted improvement measures, prolong the service life of imported bearings and avoid sudden early failure of bearings.
Bearing vibration has a significant impact on bearing failure. For example, peeling, indentation, corrosion, crack, wear, etc. will be reflected in the vibration detection of ina imported bearing, so special overall eccentric bearing vibration measurement devices (frequency analyzer and vibration instrument, etc.) are adopted The magnitude of vibration can be measured, and the details of abnormal vibration can be inferred from the frequency distribution. The measured value is different due to the use premise of ina imported bearing or the installation position of sensor. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze and compare the measured value of each machine in advance and determine the judgment scale.
1. Reason: the precision of integral eccentric bearing is low; Method: select the bearing with specified accuracy grade.
2. Cause: the main shaft is bent or the box hole is not concentric; Method: repair the spindle or box.
3. Cause: the belt is too tight; Method: adjust the belt to ensure proper tightness.
4. Cause: poor lubrication; Method: select the specified brand of lubricating materials and clean them properly.
5. Reason: low assembly quality; Methods: improve the assembly quality.
6. Cause: the inner shell of the bearing runs; Method: replace the bearing and related wear parts.
7. Axial force is too generous; Method: clean and adjust the clearance of sealing ring between 0.2 ~ 0.3mm, correct the diameter of impeller balance hole and verify the static balance value.
8. Bearing damage; Method: replace ina bearing.
