According to the technical requirements for the installation, use, maintenance and repair of ina imported bearings, monitor and inspect the load, speed, working temperature, vibration, noise and lubrication conditions of ina imported bearings in operation. If any abnormality is found, find out the cause immediately and adjust it to make it return to normal. The installation condition is one of the primary factors in the use factors. The improper installation of the bearing often leads to the change of the stress state between the parts of the whole bearing. The bearing operates in an abnormal state and ends its service life early. The internal factors mainly refer to the three factors that determine the bearing quality, such as structural design, manufacturing process and material quality.
1. Selection of bearing clearance: when purchasing bearings, users generally only tell what model and grade, and rarely put forward requirements for bearing clearance. Business personnel must ask about the service conditions of ina imported bearings, in which the speed, temperature and fit tolerance of ina imported bearings are directly related to the selection of bearing clearance. Generally, CM clearance is mostly used for motors with speed below 3500 rpm. For example, relatively large clearance is required for high-temperature and high-speed motors. After assembly, the bearing clearance will be reduced due to the increase of inner hole and the reduction of outer circle. The reduction of clearance = interference × 60% (unless the bearing housing is aluminum). For example, if the clearance before bearing assembly is 0.01mm and the interference during assembly is 0.01mm, the clearance after bearing assembly is 0.004mm. Theoretically, the noise and service life of the bearing reach the best state when there is zero clearance, but considering the problems such as temperature rise in actual operation, the clearance of the bearing after assembly is 0.002mm-0.004mm.
2. Selection of grease: the selection of grease is generally based on the speed, temperature resistance, noise requirements and starting torque of ina imported bearings, and the business personnel are required to understand the performance of various greases.
3. Selection of bearing model: the bearing model is generally selected by the user's technicians according to the service conditions and load of supporting products. Business personnel mainly know whether the user's actual load is consistent with the selected bearing. If the cylindrical roller bearing fails to meet the use requirements, they should advise the customer to change the model as soon as possible, but there will be no problem in selecting the model unless special products.
4. Selection of bearing sealing type: Lubrication of ina imported bearings can be divided into oil lubrication and grease lubrication. Oil lubricated bearings are generally in the form of bearings, and grease lubricated ina imported bearings are generally sealed with dust covers or rubber seals. The dust cover is suitable for parts with high temperature or good service environment. The seals are divided into contact seal and non-contact seal. The contact seal has good dust-proof performance but large starting torque, and the non-contact seal has small starting torque, but the sealing performance is not as good as the contact seal.
Disassembly of bearing: INA imported bearing is installed at the root of steering knuckle shaft, which is difficult to remove, mainly because it is not easy to operate. Special puller can be used, which can be removed easily. Sleeve the two half conical inner circular pull sleeves of the puller on the inner bearing, tighten the fastening bolts, and then sleeve the pull sleeve with the pull sleeve ring so that it cannot be opened, then rotate the handle to make the top of the screw in the central hole at the end of the steering knuckle, and continue to rotate the handle clockwise to pull out the inner bearing.
Disassemble with the old leaf spring: cut two holes slightly larger than the diameter of the tire nut on the old leaf spring with oxygen according to the center distance of the tire nut, turn the concave surface of the leaf spring outward, screw in the nut at the front end of the steering knuckle flush with the end to protect the steering knuckle thread, and fill the cushion block with appropriate thickness between the leaf spring and the steering knuckle, Tighten the two tire nuts pressed on the leaf spring at the same time, and the less tight rolling mill bearing can be pulled outward by using the elasticity of the leaf spring. If the bearing cannot be removed, it can be hammered several times in the middle of the leaf spring to produce vibration force, and then screw the nut.
1. Before disassembly, clarify the relationship between ina imported bearing and associated parts: carefully observe the relationship between the position of bearing and associated parts, analyze the installation process and method, and then formulate the disassembly method and procedure.
2. Try not to disassemble the bearings that can not be disassembled: the inner and outer rings of the separated bearings usually adopt interference fit. In order to ensure the matching accuracy and shorten the repair period, try not to disassemble the bearings that can not be disassembled.
3. Adopt scientific disassembly methods:
(1) When removing the journal, the force shall be applied to the inner ring, and when removing the rolling mill bearing on the bearing pedestal, the force shall be applied to the inner ring.
(2) When removing the inner ring or outer ring of the bearing, the force shall be balanced and uniform without skew to prevent jamming.
(3) When disassembling the ina inlet bearing, it is not allowed to knock with broken objects. It must be disassembled with pressure relief or special disassembly tools. In some cases, it can also be knocked with copper rod or other soft metal gasket.
